In an effort to cut down on waste within the cities, the Royal Britannia Order of the Purple Crest has made it possible for players to exchange powerscrolls at Luna Bank for points. These points can be saved up and used to purchase higher level powerscrolls. Unfortunately, the mage in charge of the project was a bit of a practical joker, so he thought it would be really funny to exchange the hard saved points for a random powerscroll of your desired level.

Should you choose to take a chance, simply drop your powerscrolls into the white barrel in Luna Bank to gain points. At any time you may open the barrel to see how many points you have and how many points it costs to get the various level powerscrolls.
