Star Wars Force Powers-

To go along with bring Star Wars to UO and The Expanse, we've designed custom Force Powers to go hand-in-hand with the experience. Force powers are split into two sub-groups: Sith and Jedi. Like Robes, Cloaks and Lightsabers, Force powers are also karma based. Meaning if your karma is higher than 5,000 you may use Jedi Force powers. If your karma is lower than that, you must use the Sith Force powers.

Sith Force Powers (usable by Exiles with karma lower than 5,000)

  • Kinesis - Allows a Sith to manipulate certain items at a distance.
  • Fear - The Sith uses the power of the Dark Side to intimidate and attempt to frighten their enemy causing the target to possibly flee.
  • Projection - Allows the Sith to focus their Dark Side energy and teleport across distances.
  • Poison - Target is afflicted with poison. The strength of the poison is determined by the Sith's Poison Skill their Focus and the distance from the target.
  • Cleanse - The target is cured of all poisons and has all negative stat curses removed.
  • Mind Trick - Can be used either to control a humanoid enemy or to free one that has been controlled.
  • Stealth - Allows the Sith to slip into the shadows.
  • Fold Space - Summons a Force Spirit Bird to teleport the Sith to any marked location.
  • Remembrance - A Sith uses the Dark Side to make a physical mark to allow them to return to that place in the future.
  • Choke - The Sith temporarily chokes off the air supply of the target holding them in place and inflicts them with poison.
  • Chain Lightning - Strikes the target with a bolt of lightning, which deals Energy damage and the bolt jumps to nearby targets.
  • Wound - Temporarily causes intense physical pain to the target as Direct damage.
  • Curse Weapon - Temporarily imbues a Sith's lightsaber with a life draining effect.
  • Drain - Sucks the mana and health from the Sith's target and infuses the Sith with them.
  • Debilitate - Draw upon the Dark Side to lower your targets primary stats for a time.
  • Force Resurgence - Draw upon the Dark Side to raise an ally from the veil of death.
  • Force Toxin - Conjures an energy wall that also poisons enemies.
  • Force Matter - Allows midi-chlorians to combine into a powerful, random elemental form to fight for you.
  • Destruction - The Dark Side is called upon to injure one's enemies surrounding them.
  • Force Vortex - Draws upon the Dark Side to produce a powerful, yet uncontrollable ally.
  • Force Guardian - Summons forth a controllable Ancient Sith Lord to demolish your enemies.

Jedi Force Powers (usable by Exiles with karma higher than 5,000)

  • Projection - Allows the Jedi to focus their Force energy and teleport across distances.
  • Cleanse - The target is cured of all poisons and has all negative stat curses removed.
  • Jedi Grove - Creates a grove of trees to grow around the Jedi, restoring hit points and stamina.
  • Force Lightning - Strikes the Target with a bolt of lightning, which deals Energy damage.
  • Battle Meditation - The next target hit becomes the Jedi's Mortal Enemy. All damage dealt to that creature type is increased, but the Jedi takes extra damage from all other creature types. Mortal Enemy creature types will highlight Orange to the Jedi.
  • Force Weapon - Temporarily enchants the Jedi's lightsaber. The type of damage the lightsaber inflicts when hitting a target will be converted to the target's worst Resistance type.
  • Bellow - Temporarily increases the Jedi's swing speed, chance to hit, and damage dealt, while lowering the Jedi's defenses. Upon casting, the Jedi's Stamina is also refreshed.
  • Concealment - The Jedi blends seamlessly with the background, becoming invisible to their foes.
  • Stealth - Allows the Jedi to slip into the shadows.
  • Shield- Creates a magical shield around the Jedi that absorbs melee damage.
  • Kinesis - Allows the Jedi to manipulate an item at a distance.
  • Fold Space - Summons a Force Spirit Bird to teleport the Jedi to any marked location.
  • Remembrance - A Jedi uses the Force to make a physical mark to allow them to return to that place in the future.
  • Grip - The Jedi uses the Force around them to hold their opponents in place.
  • Force Essence - Projects any toxins in the Jedi's body as a wall towards enemies.
  • Force Matter - Allows midi-chlorians to combine into a powerful, random guardian form to fight for you.
  • Force Tides - Allows the Jedi to send physical tremors through the Force.
  • Mind Trick - Can be used either to control a humanoid enemy or to free one that has been controlled.
  • Force Vortex - Draws upon the Force to produce a powerful, yet uncontrollable ally.
  • Force Guardian - Summons forth a controllable Ancient Jedi Master to guard your back.
  • Force Subdue - Allows the Jedi to weaken a much stronger opponent for a limited time.
